Transparency Note — November 2025

During a firm transfer from Multi-Prêts to Architectes Hypothécaires, an administrative error occurred: the professional liability insurance certificate was not forwarded to the AMF by the outgoing firm. This caused a temporary “sans mode d’exercice” (without practice mode) status on the AMF register. The issue was identified and resolved the same day.
